Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Borderless Profit website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Borderless Profit provides growth marketing, digital sales systems, brand positioning, content strategy, business education, and customer acquisition services to African businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate service agreement between Borderless Profit and the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, timely feedback and approvals, access to necessary tools and platforms, and payment of agreed fees on schedule. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines without constituting a breach by Borderless Profit.
Intellectual Property
Work product created by Borderless Profit for clients transfers to client ownership upon full payment. Borderless Profit retains the right to reference client engagements as case studies (with client permission) and to use general methodologies and frameworks developed during engagements in future work with other clients.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during an engagement. Borderless Profit will not disclose specific client business data, financial information, or strategies to third parties without written permission.
Results Disclaimer
While we stand behind our work and the results documented in our case studies are real, Borderless Profit cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Business results depend on many factors including market conditions, product quality, client execution, and external events. We commit to doing the work — results depend on the full equation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Overdue payments may result in paused services. Disputes about invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds on completed work but will address service quality concerns through revision and remediation.
Limitation of Liability
Borderless Profit's liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or the use of our website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes to terms that affect their ongoing engagements.
